2025: After several years of Russian-Russian wars, a world war breaks out across all continents.

The two main opposing blocs are the United States and its historical allies, Great Britain and Israel in the West, and Russia and China in the East. The year is 2027. After two years of war, the US President and the Prime Ministers of the Western Bloc decide to launch nuclear missiles at Russia and China in the hope of ending the war.

The missiles over Europe were neutralised by Russia's anti-missile shield, but most were dropped. Russia immediately launched three missiles, destroying almost all of North America. Russia then destroyed Israel and threatened the UK with similar sanctions if it did not give up its weapons. The war ended in 2029, but most countries were severely affected by radiation. The few surviving humans tried to rebuild communities around the world, but the effects on the ecosystem made this task difficult. 25 years after the end of the war, the effects of radiation caused serious genetic mutations in the surviving animal species and new species emerged. The communities that the surviving humans were rebuilding would be wiped out by a new species of giant creature, so humans chose to fight. The Russian army was the only army capable of fighting, so several engineers and scientists developed robots that could be operated by humans using the remains of military vehicles. In 1950, blueprints designed by engineers Mikoyan and Gurevich at the request of the OKB-155 design office were discovered in an abandoned castle at a Russian military facility. Using these, a war robot was developed. Jungle, desert, sea, sky, mountains, snow, etc. The war robot, which was adapted to fight giant creatures on any terrain, was named M.I.G57RB. Every country in the world today is training its own pilots to fight these creatures that threaten the resurrecting human society.
