As a general rule, we plan to ship within 7 business days after your order is completed.
If the ordered items or scheduled delivery dates are listed, we will ship them in order from the scheduled dates listed.
Free shipping if your purchased product is delivered to or more than ¥30,000 (excluding tax) within Japan and purchases.
When you purchase pre-ordered (ordered) items and regular items at the same time, the items will be shipped together with the latest shipping date.
If there is a product with a delivery date specified in your order, it will be shipped according to the shipping schedule for that product.
If there are multiple items with a scheduled shipping schedule, we will ship them according to the latest item.
In principle, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Please note that returns due to customer's convenience other than defective shipping addresses or defective products will be borne by the customer, as the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
