Refund policy

If a return is eligible, we cannot accept returns unless there is an initial defect. The item must be unused in the same condition as when it was received.

Damage and problems
Please check the item when receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will deal with it appropriately.

Exceptions/No returns
Certain types of products are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.
We apologize, but we cannot accept returns for sale items.

exchange
You will return the initial defective product you have and exchange it for a new product after the return is accepted.

refund
We will notify you when the return has been received and the inspection has been carried out. We will also let you know if the refund will be approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund with the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and be paid.
